Game of Thrones Season 8 premiers tonight which means you’re going to need some keto friendly snacks for your viewing party. Here are some of my favorites first meal, these awesome Goat cheese, rosemary, and mushroom stuffed pork chops from the book Simply Keto. Keto beginners unite! Game of Thrones inspired Recipes:
Dragon Breath Buffalo Dip
3 cups shredded chicken (cooked, bought from the grocery store)
3/4 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
3/4 cup Blue Cheese Dressing
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (I added 2)
12 oz Cream Cheese
Extra heat add about 1/4 cup jalapenos

Blue Cheese dressing
5 oz. blue cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
¾ cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp parsley (I used fresh and finely chopped)

salt and pepper to taste
heavy whipping cream or water (optional)

Dragon Eggs:
6 eggs
2 – 3 slices of bacon cut into 3
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp red curry paste
1 jalapeno cut into small rounds
Salt and pepper to taste

Chicken Little Fingers
3 – 4 drops of food coloring
1 cup seasoning of your choice (I used lemon pepper)
1 lb Chicken Breast cut into Tenders
1 large Egg
1 cup Almond Flour
1 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
2 cups avocado oil for frying

Brienne of Tarte
6 tbsp Coconut Flour
2 tbsp erythritol
4 tbsp butter, melted
1 large egg

Lemon Curd
3 eggs
6 tbsp lemon juice
zest of a lemon
10 tbsp powdered erythritol
2 tbsp butter
