Game of Thrones season 8 spoilers: THIS major character to die first? Here’s how
Game of Thrones season eight isn’t too far away now, and fans are desperate to know how the series will end.
There are plenty of theories on how it’ll all come to an end, yet some fans are also now speculating on which characters will die first.
GAME OF THRONES season eight is just around the corner, and fans have now come up with a theory concerning which character will be killed off first.
Game of Thrones has never been afraid of killing off its main characters, yet fans don’t seem to think that the writers will get rid of any of the main protagonists first.
One of the names that came up was Grey Worm’s (played by Jacob Anderson).
He is the commander of the Unsullied, and he has a penchant for combat.
That said, viewers seem to think that his time on Game of Thrones will come to an end in season eight, and it’ll be pretty early on.
“My money’s on Greyworm, as his death feels overdue,” wrote Nobodythinksofyou on Reddit.
“His character’s purpose is to represent the unsullied which really just means taking orders.
“He isn’t necessary anymore like he was in Mereen.”

However, some viewers had other ideas and theorised that the first character to be killed would be closer to the Night King.
“I believe that the first character we’ll see die in season 8 will be Ned Umber, his soldiers and his people,” wrote GrubJin on Reddit.
“They’ll be swamped by the undead and torn apart in a very graphic nature just to show us the reality of what has happened with the undead pass the wall.”
Lord Ned Umber (Harry Grasby) is the son of Smalljon Umber (Dean S. Jagger).
The young lad was made the new head of House Umber after his father’s death at the Battle of the Bastards.

“Tom [Brooke], who actually plays the guy that stabs my wife in the stomach there, also played the ex-soldier in Bodyguard who tried to kill the Home Secretary,” he revealed.
Upon finishing the rewatch of this traumatic scene from Game of Thrones, Madden revealed how he had to catch the very last plane to London after filming this sequence.
“And then, I rushed to get on the last flight back to London, and I remember being on this flight back to London and being covered in fake blood, exhausted and just sobbing very loudly on the plane,” he recounted.
“And people were looking at me quite strangled because it looked like I’d just murdered someone and got on a flight, which in fact I hadn’t. I’d been murdered,” he finished.
Game of Thrones season eight returns to HBO in spring 2019, and the prequel is expected to debut a year later in 2020.
